SHIPPING
* Shipping cost – €9 in Italy, €25 in Europe
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
– Europe – European Union – 2-6 business days depending on destination
*For products "available in boutiques," shipping may be delayed a few days due to merchandise being handled at remote warehouses.
Fase Uno will make every effort to ensure delivery by courier within the delivery time specified in the order confirmation, but is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures and checks, or force majeure beyond its control.
Fase Uno may use DHL, BRT, or TNT/FEDEX.
In the order confirmation, the Customer expressly accepts the delivery terms specified therein, in derogation of the provisions of Article 54 of the Consumer Code.
If delivery is refused, the courier may return the items to Fase Uno.
Should this occur, Fase Uno may be required to pay additional costs from the courier in relation to the return costs. In this situation, Fase Uno will recover these costs from the customer, deducting the corresponding amount from any refund due.
